unpainted red version on diecast frame; beautiful car that looks almost brand new from a distance; lettering and painted white framing are excellent: only two windows and one handrail on one side have any paint loss; body and wheels are clean; all four steps intact; 1948 gold weight link couplers; vestibules painted black but can be removed with a fingernail; some rust under one truck; tiny chips out of shell at bottom of each door (You’d never notice them unless you were looking for defects.) Light works and hardly flickers at all.

The shell has apparently shrunk 1/16" and the chassis won’t fit in the back end. Wheels need cleaning.
